Job Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and grow our Core Engagement Services and Customer Acquisition Services product lines.
You will drive product innovation, manage third party partnerships, optimize pricing and profitability, support sales enablement, and ensure our solutions meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Engagement Services Manage and enhance messaging products, including A2P SMS, Email, Viber Business Messaging, WhatsApp Business Messaging, Conversational Chat, Chatbots, and other current and future messaging channels.
- Customer Acquisition Services Mange the sourcing and implementation of third party digital engagement services such as Hyper-targeting SMS, Digital Ads, Viber Stickers & Lenses, and other customer acquisition innovations.
- Pricing & Profitability Management:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions.
- Monitor cost structures, margins, and revenue performance to optimize profitability.
- Regularly assess and adjust pricing and pricing models to respond to market dynamics and cost fluctuations.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new third-party service providers and technology vendors.
- Manage existing vendor relationships to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs to optimize service delivery and costs.
- Sales Enablement & Training
- Conduct product training sessions for sales and account management teams.
- Develop sales materials, presentations, and product documentation to support go-to-market strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to sales teams by addressing product-related inquiries and ensuring a strong understanding of key offerings.
General Responsibilities:
- Define the product goals, strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs and the competitor landscape.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to stay ahead of emerging trends in digital engagement and customer acquisition and to drive product innovation.
- Work closely with internal teams and senior management, external partners, and service providers to identify new product opportunities.
- Lead product launches and collaborate with the business analyst and sales teams to position and package these solutions effectively for clients.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and platform policies (e.g., NPC Data Privacy laws, NTC guidelines and vendor policies).
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in messaging, and/or digital engagement.
- Strong understanding of business messaging platforms (A2P SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Viber, chatbots, etc.) and digital advertising.
- Proven ability to source and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in pricing strategy and cost management.
- Knowledge of API integrations, automation, AI and CRM/marketing platform integrations.
- Ability to work cross functionally with technical, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecom, fintech, digital marketing, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with meta business APIs, AI technologies and AI-driven chatbots and conversational commerce are a plus.
- Understanding of compliance and regulations in messaging and digital engagement.
