説明
- Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of payroll and benefits.
- Handles the enrollment/update system records (payroll system).
- Gathers timekeeping and prepares payroll instructions.
- Process Regular Payroll, special payroll, and resigned employee final pay.
- Prepares final pay documents.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Prepare payroll reports and audits as needed.
- Prepares monthly tax report (BIR 1601C).
- And other Ad-hoc reports.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: atleast 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, computer literate, proficient in payroll systems and computation, and skilled in MS Office applications.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll processing, ensure accurate calculations, maintain records, and support audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for tight deadlines during payroll cycles.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
