Job Overview:

Go Sales Team is a dynamic new business focussed on connecting the very best Sales Talent with high growth service based businesses globally. We are seeking a self-driven Operations Assistant to join our team supporting all aspects of business operations to include; Sales & Marketing, Service Delivery and Systems. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and candidates.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Candidate Registration process, including authorising video interviews.
  • Provide Systems Support Internally and to Customers - CRM, Video, ATS.
  • Supporting the delivery of our recruitment service for both Clients and Candidates - Email and Phone
  • Arranging Interviews and Meetings
  • Dealing with Client and Candidate Queries
  • Setup domains and mailboxes
  • Supporting Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
  • Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails and direct messaging on social media platforms


Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience working in a remote virtual assistant role
  • Experience across a variety of systems and platforms including CRM, Email and Social Media - Including LinkedIn
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills both written and verbal (English)
  • Capability to work in a target driven environment
  • A good standard of education and command of the english language


Nice to have:

  • Experience with GHL and Zoho Recruit
