Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in Microsoft Intune.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME in Windows 365.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune systems and Windows 365.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
Implement and maintain system configurations and updates.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Document processes and procedures for system maintenance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Windows 365.
Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Knowledge of system configuration and maintenance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows 365.
This position is based at our Manila office.
