Provides monthly forecast sales from drugstores, hospitals and dispensing sales sources based on history and current selling activities
Identify and Create an MD a.k.a. (Health Care Professional) master list in compliance to set target specialties
Regularly visits target HCP based on frequency per month of 2x or 4x to achieve average call rates of 15 calls per day
Monitors hospital pharmacies, and fronting drugstore outlets on a weekly basis for product movement and availability of APPI products and competitors activities
Inclusion of APPI product in major hospital formularies
Plans and conducts scientific meetings for APPI products as required, especially for new products
Regularly use Professional Selling Skills to sell APPI products to Healthcare Professionals and handle their skepticism, objections and indifference, using available marketing materials to highlight product advantage over the competition
Create, maintain execute a monthly territory itinerary to achieve a 90% call reach
Submits Expense Report, Daily Call Report, CA request/liquidation on a bi-monthly basis, adhering applicable company policies
Enhances product knowledge through Monthly Assessment Questionnaire and self-study
