Are you a creative multitasker with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce? Total Sports Technology Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing online presence across platforms like Shopify, Zalora, Lazada, and Shopee, working with well-known lifestyle and footwear brands like Equipe and Butterfly Twists.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their skills in marketing, content creation, e-commerce operations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating and maintaining content across our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Zalora), including new product uploads, launches, and campaign materials.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth product delivery, customer satisfaction, and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure the consistent and appealing presentation of product assortments and merchandise across online stores.

• Work closely with Zalora and Lazada contact persons to optimize shop performance and visibility.

• Assist in the analysis of weekly sales and performance metrics, and help ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

• Conduct regular checks on competitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends to help inform strategic decisions.

• Help monitor the consistency and accuracy of site elements (homepage, landing pages, product listings, etc.).

• Create and send weekly newsletters and promotional email content in collaboration with the Marketing Supervisor.

• Track and report on campaign activations, online deals, and marketing promotions across platforms.

• Help with photoshoots, image editing, and creating visual assets in line with brand guidelines.

• Assist in launching and managing our new Shopee store.

Other Duties: Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or content creation (internships count!).

• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Passion for retail, fashion, or sports is a big plus
