Managing the ESD Maintenance Section to ensure optimal performance and safely of equipment, infrastructure, and the workplace ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Ensuring to maintain a high level of technical proficiency in engineering practices, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and optimization within the engineering function, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring that all engineering activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, industry codes, and safety regulations.
Managing the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance for all production machines and utilities in accordance with ISO requirements; and
Assuring department personnels presence in production to examine needs that may facilitate the operations, sanitation, food safety and personnel safety and to execute/implement the improvements required; these improvements, if evolved into construction and fabrication, must be according to Pre-Requisite Machine Design of ISO standards.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Has at least a Bachelor's degree in:
Mechanical Engineering (preferred); or Electrical Engineering
At least 4 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Plant or Power Plant (preferred)
Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (required)
Food Safety and Quality Management System Training (required upon onboarding)
Safety Orientation (required upon onboarding)
Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (preferred)
