職務内容
説明
- Manage logistics petty cash.
- Prepare and verify Delivery Receipts before loading.
- Provide transfer and delivery documents to drivers.
- Ensure completed Delivery Receipts are returned.
- Submit logistics documents to the Tagdalit Office.
- Track and report staff attendance.
- Monitor Meycauayan-to-Meycauayan item transfers.
- Prepare and submit OT, attendance, and leave forms to HR.
- File key logistics documents: ROD, STR, Delivery Receipt (Green Copy), and Pettycash Report.
要件
- A college graduate or undergraduate with at least one year of experience in a logistics setting is preferred.
- Computer literacy is also required. It is preferable to reside in Meycawayan, Bulacan, or near area
