Evaluates and recommends necessary actions on performance
Assists for yearly projection planning in fuel, lubes and LPG, to ensure that every station target is attainable.
Analyzes requests for localized promotions and provides recommendations, and reports results/ effects of promo to management after implementation
Processes price matching requests and other pricing programs, and ensures competitive positioning against direct competitor
Monitors marketing/promo program that is implemented in every station or area assignment, and ensures competitive positioning against direct competitors
Assist in Identification and Solicitation of P.O account and other costumers
Prepares volume reports on sell-in/ sell-out of fuels, sell-in of lubes and sell-in LPG
Update actual volume sell out versus target
Monthly volume target plotting
Monitor and updates promo implementation of sales volumes
Regularly conducts station visit and performs station performance checklist report
Prepares Request for Rehab Form (RRF) for all technical and civil concerns
Consolidate, update and monitor technical and civil concerns reports
Keeps the MSO advised and updated of significant developments, activities, and opportunities in the stations

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any Business related course or equivalent.
With extensive experience in service station operations, administration, and sales
With experience working in the same capacity.
From a marketing company of a fast-growing brand of regular consumable products.
Must have confidence, skills, and proven accomplishment.
Adept in the deployment of local store marketing and promotions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
