  • Manage and coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and review import/export documentation, including invoices and customs declarations.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize transportation processes.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment timelines and requirements.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations and market trends.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in import/export operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English; strong attention to detail; technical knowledge related to logistical processes.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle documentation, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain communication with clients and suppliers.
