Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi and ramen.
Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, maintain kitchen standards, ensure food safety, and train kitchen staff.
Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health regulations.
Collaborate with staff for smooth kitchen operations.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Innovate and create new menu items.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Job Title: Japanese Chef
Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Customer-oriented, self-starter, expertise in sushi and sashimi making, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficient cooking skills.
