Requirements

Good command in English communication (both written and spoken).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
Has project management skills and experience with project management tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Able to discuss and process technical information such as designs, dependencies in details
Able to supplement and support SA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery managers in managing different aspects of the process, including requirement gathering, delivery management, lead sprint planning and review, etc
Need a senior person, experience as tech lead/solution architect before is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
