• Analyze production processes, workflow, and facility layout to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans and cost-saving strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to production, manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues.
• Conduct time and motion studies to standardize work processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support in capacity planning, production scheduling, and inventory control.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and automation solutions when applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software is an advantage.
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
