職務内容
説明
- Process, confirm, monitor and consolidate orders
- Outsource new suppliers
- Timely update of monthly import orders
- Process POs in NetSuite
- Scan shipping documents
- Respond to price and inquiries from our customers (Sales and Service departments)
- Monitor of the Receiving Reports of Imports from the Warehouse
- Monitor the status of Service orders to determine if they're allocated or not
- Coordinate with the broker and forwarder regarding the schedule of incoming shipments
要件
- College graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in import/export operations, customs documentation or related logistics roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in software tools like MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems and import/export platforms
