The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, including establishing accounting rules, supervising the bookkeeping process, managing financial statements, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial information, and providing strong financial support for company decision-making to meet business development needs while aligning with the characteristics of a predominantly Chinese work environment and culture.
Job Responsibilities
1. Draft and implement internal accounting systems, financial management policies, and related procedures that adhere to national accounting standards, relevant regulations, and company financial policies, tailored to the company's business characteristics, ensuring standardized and regulated financial operations.
2. Regularly review and update policies to meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements;
3. Guide and coordinate the work of accounting team members, reasonably allocate bookkeeping tasks, resolve issues and disputes that arise during the bookkeeping process, and ensure the smooth progression of bookkeeping work.
4. Establish and maintain the company's general ledger and subsidiary ledger system, regularly conduct account reconciliation and clearing, ensuring consistency among accounts, supporting documentation, and physical assets, to provide a reliable data foundation for financial statement preparation.
5. Responsible for preparing the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ensuring that statement data is true, accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
6. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, provide detailed financial analysis reports, interpret the company's financial condition, operating results, and changes in cash flow, offering decision support and financial advice to the management team.
7. Assist external audit firms in conducting annual audit work, providing the necessary financial information and data explanations for the audit, ensuring the smooth progress of the audit, and promptly addressing issues and adjustments identified during the audit.
8. Establish and improve the company's financial internal control systems, monitor and evaluate financial processes, identify potential financial risks and loopholes, propose improvement measures, and supervise implementation to ensure the company's financial security.
9. Review the company's various expense expenditures, fund disbursements, and financial terms in contracts, ensuring that financial activities comply with company regulations and budget arrangements, preventing financial violations and fund risks.
10. Track and analyze changes in the company's financial indicators, provide early warnings for factors that may affect the company's financial condition and operating performance, and offer risk alerts and strategic response suggestions to the management team.
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
2. Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle accounting work experience, with at least 6 years in an accounting supervisor role;
3. Solid accounting knowledge, proficient in national accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant financial policies;
4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in multicultural environments;
5. Proficient in financial software (such as Yonyou, Kingdee, SAP, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.), with strong Excel skills for financial data processing and analysis;
6. Strong financial analysis skills, able to accurately interpret financial statement data and provide valuable financial advice for company decision-making;
7. Familiar with internal control systems and risk management processes, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks;
8. Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of effectively organizing and leading the accounting team to complete various work tasks;
9. Detail-oriented and rigorous in work, with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, strong stress resistance, and problem-solving abilities to handle various challenges and pressures at work;
10. Good learning ability and innovative mindset, able to continuously pay attention to new policies and technologies in the financial field, actively promoting improvements and innovations in the company's financial work;
11. No nationality restrictions (fluent in Chinese and English).
(Job bonus conditions):
1. Possession of internationally recognized accounting certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA;
2. Familiarity with various financial management software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Xero, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems;
3. Experience in financial management within European or overseas companies;
4. Understanding of multi-country financial regulations, especially knowledge of financial and tax regulations in the target market country;
5. Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of providing efficient solutions for complex financial issues;
