Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes (BPO Applicants), including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Lead Generation of BPO Applicants is a must (every applicant hired is equivalent to high commission bonus)
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Support in onboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Help organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma; higher education in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options; may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
