説明
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies.
- Assist with compliance and reporting requirements.
要件
- Bachelor's Degree in BS PSYCHOLOGY / HRDM or any equivalent
- Good communications skills
- With at least six (6) months of relevant working experience
- Keen to details
- Knowledgeable in Recruitment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Willing to do field work (Client visitation)
- Willing to START ASAP!
