- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform regular inspections of rooms for damage or maintenance issues.
- Restock room supplies and linens as needed.
- Report any discrepancies to the management promptly.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards throughout the hotel.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
要件
- 19-35 years old
- No visible tattoo
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in hospitality or similar roles preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Clean rooms, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require lifting and moving items.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
