1. Solid foundation with familiarity in commonly used data structures and algorithms;

2. Proficient in Golang with a deep understanding of the goroutine mechanism;

3. Expertise in TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, including but not limited to RPC, MQ, caching technologies, scheduling strategies, etc.; proficient in Protobuf/JSON serialization protocols;

4. Familiar with MongoDB application development, understanding database principles and common performance optimization techniques, as well as principles, use cases, and limitations of MySQL and NoSQL; familiar with Redis and other technologies;

5. More than 3 years of work experience, with a deep understanding of the projects undertaken, and the ability to continuously monitor and optimize these projects. Preference will be given to those who have studied the source code of excellent open-source software and have insights, as well as those who have open-source projects.

6. Strong logical thinking and learning abilities, skilled in analyzing, summarizing, and solving problems; maintaining enthusiasm and attention towards new technologies and industry development trends.
