- Interface with cashier for the daily cashier collection report
- Daily checking of Official receipts against Excel Report and System Report
- Daily journalizing and recording of transactions – General Ledger
- Daily collection report recording in the books
- Cash Deposits
- Check Deposits
- Bank Transfers
- Direct Bank Deposits
- Daily reconciliation with bank balances versus deposits and withdrawals
- Interface with the AP section for the checks release, outstanding checks and stale checks
- Monthly bank reconciliation and closing with trial balance
- Journalizing and recording of payroll expenses twice a month in the books
- Reconciliation of point of sales transactions against remittance of payment from Global Payment with subsequent recording of all deductions pertaining to their remittance
- Accounting of Petty Cash Fund with subsequent recording in the general ledger
要件
- Job Title: Accounting Staff
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong ethics and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
