職務内容

説明

  • Prepare, verify, encode, and regularly analyze journal entries in the general ledger.
  • Monitor accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly account closures.
  • Oversee accounts payable check activation and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor bank transactions and reconcile deposit and withdrawal slips.
  • Collate and review bank statements monthly for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze and forecast financial requirements to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and provide necessary support.
  • Develop budgetary plans and assist in the safekeeping of internal expense reports.
  • Monitor account reconciliation, tax calculations, and cost accounting.
  • Report anomalies and suspicious transactions to maintain financial integrity.

要件

  • Graduate of BS Business Commerce-Accounting or BS Accountancy.
  • At least 1-2 years of related work experience in retail companies or related industries.
  • Technology-savvy with proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a logical approach to tasks.
  • A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
