Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following the resto-bar’s menu and recipe guidelines.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Handle food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and pre-cooking ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and hygiene protocols as per DOH regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops.
• Work closely with the head chef, kitchen staff, and service crew to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist in creating new dishes or menu items if required.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including fire and hazard prevention measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. High school

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar kitchen setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Filipino, Asian, or international cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies.
