Risk Monitoring and Management
1. Responsible for real-time monitoring of the platform's gambling activities to ensure system security and transaction transparency, promptly identifying and addressing potential risks.
2. Utilize data analysis and monitoring tools to identify abnormal betting behavior, unusual fund flows, and irregular account operations, and take appropriate measures in a timely manner.
3. Develop and implement risk control strategies to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, and insider trading.
· Data Analysis and Reporting
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of platform transaction data and user behavior data to identify trends and potential risk points.
2. Regularly prepare risk control reports to inform management of the risk situation, the implementation of anti-fraud measures, and improvement recommendations.
3. Utilize statistical analysis methods and tools (such as SQL, Excel, Python, etc.) for data screening, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and pattern recognition.
· Fraud Identification and Countermeasures
1. Identify and prevent various types of fraud during the betting process, including but not limited to false accounts, money laundering, and cross-border arbitrage.
2. Propose effective anti-fraud measures based on analysis results, including account freezing, risk warnings, and transaction restrictions.
3. Assist in conducting risk investigations, collaborate with relevant departments to handle suspicious accounts and unusual activities, and implement appropriate penalties.
Optimization and Execution of Risk Control Processes
1. Continuously optimize risk management processes and risk control rules to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the risk control system.
2. Collaborate with the technical team to participate in the development and optimization of risk control tools and systems, ensuring that the system can monitor risks in real-time and accurately identify them.
3. Adjust and optimize risk control strategies in a timely manner according to company strategy and market changes to ensure compliance and business safety.
· Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
1. Understand and ensure that the platform complies with local and international gambling laws and regulations to mitigate compliance risks.
2. Assist the compliance department in handling compliance reviews and supervision to ensure the platform operates legally and compliantly.
3. Cooperate with external audits and regulatory bodies during inspections, providing relevant data and reports to ensure compliance.
· Customer Support and Case Handling
1. Work with the customer service team to address customer complaints and inquiries related to risk control, ensuring transparency and reasonableness in risk control decisions.
2. In the event of account disputes or risk control cases, assist in providing risk control data support and investigative analysis.
3. Regularly conduct customer education and risk alerts to help clients understand the platform's risk control measures and enhance their compliance awareness.
· Risk Emergency Response and Management
1. In the event of unforeseen incidents on the platform, respond swiftly and formulate emergency response plans to quickly contain the spread of risks.
2. Participate in emergency responses and remediation for incidents such as hacking attacks, platform vulnerabilities, and data breaches.
3. Regularly organize risk control drills to ensure the team can act swiftly and efficiently in response to sudden risks.
· Team Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication
1. Maintain close collaboration with product, technology, customer service, and compliance departments to ensure effective implementation of risk control policies.
2. Regularly share the latest developments and tools in risk management with team members to enhance the overall risk control level.
3. Actively participate in team meetings, providing professional risk assessment and management advice.
· Training and Knowledge Sharing
1. Participate in risk control training for new employees to raise awareness of risk prevention among company staff.
2. Continuously track and learn about the latest risk control technologies and trends according to industry changes to enhance personal professional capabilities.
3. Chinese as the working language/Chinese nationals or individuals of Chinese descent.
