Position: American Customer Service Manager
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 125,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday, Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Must be an American, Australian, British, Canadian or Irish National
- Open to Graduate or undergraduates
- With working experience as a Customer Support Manager in a BPO Set-up
- Willing to work in Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the customer service team
- Leading customer service agents in successfully achieving the company's goal
- Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members
- Oversee the budget for the customer service department
- Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
- Evaluate agent and representative performance
