  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Listen actively to customers and empathize with their concerns to identify the root cause of their issues.
  • Offer solutions or alternatives to customers to address their concerns.

要件

  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
  • BPO experience is not required
  • Experience in Collections/Financial Background is an advantage
  • High level communication skills both oral and written
