Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions within our system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer the best assistance to customers.
  • Take on additional customer service tasks as needed to support the team.

要件

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Willingness to work onsite with flexibility in scheduling.
