• Prepares a variety of legal documents under the guidance of staff attorneys and firm management, including summonses, complaints, government filing, and compliances (SEC,BIR,DTI,PEZA,BOI,LGU,etc)

• Conduct Legal Research and draft legal documents, memos and pleading as instructed by supervising Attorneys.

• Organize. docket, and maintain legal files.

• Prepares the layout for mine development and the procedure

• Plans and coordinates the employment of mining staff and equipment with regard to efficiency, safety, and environmental conditions

• Coordinates with geologists and other engineers about the design, selection, and provision of machines, facilities, and systems for mining, as well as infrastructures such as access roads, water, and power supplies

• Coordinates with the operations team to make sure there is proper implementation of the plans

• Oversees the construction of the mine and the installation of plant and equipment

• Makes sure that mining regulations are observed

• Conducts research aimed at improving efficiency and safety of mines, and establishes first aid, safety protocols, and emergency services facilities at the mines

• Perform other tasks as requested by the immediate head

QUALIFICATIONS:

• License of mining engineer or equivalent

• With existing experience in the mining industry

• Able to identify, analyze and solve problems

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Aptitude for computing and design

• Able to think and act decisively
