Rostering and scheduling of staff to ensure all shifts have been allocated to the required standard
Review and maintain accurate clinical documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and promote a strong customer focused culture
Work together with the customer, family/carers and relevant Case Managers to ensure the client goals are achieved
Answering, screening and directing telephone enquiries
Responding to emails, queries or requests where possible, alternatively referring stakeholders or customers to the appropriate source
Maintain files and documentation
Organize maintenance, clinical products and services for clients as requested
Available to be on-call outside of normal working hours on a rotating roster to attend to emergency shift cancellations and find replacement staff as required.
General office administration duties

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, medical field, or related area.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in clinical documentation or medical record keeping.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require collaboration with healthcare professionals.
