• Regular checking / inspection of building premises such as wall. celling, floors
• Repair/replacement of broken doors, windows, glass, walls and ceiling
• Minor repair/renovation work such as painting works new office setup, wall partitions, and doors
• Assist in construction related work requirements such as masonry, tilling, painting and other architectural and civil related works
