What is the Job Description?

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.
• Assist in product knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

What are we looking for?

• With at least 6 months and up BPO Experience Required
• Completed at least Senior High School or two (2) years of college education
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Good to Excellent Communication skills & Comprehension
