Responsibilities:
I. Regional Market Research & Network Planning
- Conduct comprehensive research on local market dynamics, including capacity, competitive landscape, and consumer purchasing trends.
- Analyze the current dealer network layout to identify market opportunities and coverage gaps.
- Develop and implement regional network strategies, incorporating city classification and dealership grading systems.
II. Dealer Recruitment & Evaluation
- Source and engage potential dealer partners from both automotive and non-automotive industries.
- Assess candidates based on financial strength, operational capabilities, and resource readiness.
- Facilitate brand presentations, business negotiations, and selection interviews.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of Dealer Agreements.
III. Dealership Setup Support & Project Management
- Provide end-to-end support in the dealership establishment process, including showroom layout, system implementation, and personnel training.
- Ensure full compliance with brand CI/SI (Corporate/Store Identity) standards.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery across all setup phases.
IV. Network Optimization & Exit Management
- Conduct regular evaluations of dealership performance covering sales, aftersales service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Implement corrective action plans for underperforming or non-compliant dealers, and manage orderly exits where necessary.
- Support the transformation and upgrading of high-potential outlets to align with brand growth initiatives.
V. Policy Formulation & Execution
- Assist in the development and communication of dealer-related policies, including incentive programs and rebate structures.
- Mobilize and align the dealer network to meet annual business targets and brand strategic objectives.
Other Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key departments such as Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, and Finance for dealer-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Business Administration teams to ensure process integrity and policy adherence.
- Represent the brand in exhibitions, dealer conferences, and recruitment events to promote network growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year business related course.
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in dealer development within the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to actively maintain customer relationships.
- Willing to travel frequently and work beyond regular business hours.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with strong execution and follow through abilities.
