Description
- Prepare drinks: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, including blended drinks and specialty drinks
- Serve drinks: Customize orders, present drinks, and serve food and baked goods
- Manage inventory: Order supplies, restock, and keep track of inventory
- Maintain equipment: Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Maintain health and safety: Ensure hot drinks are drinkable, perishables are refrigerated, and the workspace is clean
- Handle transactions: Operate cash registers and POS systems, and process payments
- Interact with customers: Greet customers, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Maintain customer service: Ensure customer service stations are stocked and service is quick
