1. File Management - will assist the Division's organic personnel in clearing and sorting through the Division's file kept in the 10/f Records.
2. Correspondence Facilitation - will assist the Remedial Officers in the preparation and processing of Demand Letters and notices
3. Data Entry - will assist the Remedial Officers by accurately transcribing the required data/information in our internal systems (i.e. EDMS), and at all times maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
4. General Administrative Support - will assist the Division in its day-to-today administrative functions, which will include filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
3. Technically adept with MS Office Tools
4. Admin experience
