Harris Consulting Philippines (HCP) is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant! This is a remote position, but will require in person training in Makati from time to time for new hire orientations. HCP operates during business hours in the local PH time zone. Flexibility is required for some team meetings during U.S. hours.


As an Administrative Assistant, the following applies:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
  • Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, scheduling, client set up, and invoice generation
  • Support firm leadership and team members with meeting coordination and communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information
  • Learn and utilize firm software and tools effectively to support administrative tasks
  • Contribute to a positive and organized office environment


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative support role (Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Executive Assistant preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Solid foundation in written English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new technology
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in a professional services or accounting firm is a plus
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable
