About the role


Job title and type: Admin/Charter Assistant

Salary: To be determined based on experience, qualifications & skills

Reporting to: Director of Operations and Head of Customer Experience

Location: High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 1 9th Ave, Corner 26th St, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila



Some Key Responsibilities


• Make travel bookings and arrangements for the team

• Sourcing, managing, and re-ordering of office supplies

• Handle local bank transactions

• Manage all necessary permits (business and building), passes and other administrative tasks

• In charge of the office petty cash

• In charge of company operating expenses (rent, utility, etc)

• Answer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

• Keep an open line through office phone for urgent matters

• Compile client information on Monday.com

• Keep calendars in sync with current bookings across all platforms

• Facilitate communications between the crew, the client and the office

• Prepare charter agreement contracts

• Request and confirm client payments

• Plan and execute onboarding

• Request feedback and reviews

• Monitor charter boats stocks in coordination with the crew

• Upload and organize every expense linked to the charter activity

• Book keeping on the company’s charter revolving fund



Required Qualifications


• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Attentive to details, has good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for self and others.
