Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking, loyal, and detail-oriented Office Administration Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling administrative tasks in the insurance or motor vehicle repair industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and manage insurance claims with various insurers
  • Complete and manage claim templates and internal documents
  • Draft and send Letters of Demand to insurers and stakeholders
  • Communicate professionally via email with insurers, repairers, and clients
  • Prepare and organise documentation efficiently and accurately
  • Basic skills using Xero, invoicing receiving and bank reconciliation
  • Maintain and update internal systems and databases
  • Outbound calls to the at fault party and insurance companies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in office administration
  • Prior experience with insurance claims or legal/vehicle documentation is highly desirable
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and capable of working independently and with a team
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and time management

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
