ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an Accounting Specialist who will be responsible for taking ownership, performing tasks, and reviewing accounting and financial operations. This role will also handle payroll management and reporting.


WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays


POSITION TYPE: Full Time


WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following accounting and financial operations duties:
  • Oversee new order processing and ensure timely financial documentation
  • Monitor and verify all recurring payments in QuickBooks
  • Manage hosting renewals across QuickBooks, salesforce, and department records
  • Track paid advertising campaigns and EOS reporting
  • Oversee accounting order status including updates, cancellations, and accounts receivable
  • Maintain partner referral fee processing
  • Perform the following payroll and compensation management duties:
  • Process biweekly payroll through Wise and Paychex
  • Calculate and distribute monthly commissions
  • Perform the following project and profitability reporting duties:
  • Generate TWPM (Teamwork PM) project and accounting profitability reports
  • Provide TWPM (Teamwork PM) updates to ensure financial and project performance transparency
  • Perform the following weekly and monthly reporting duties:
  • Compile and distribute department-wide weekly documentation
  • Oversee Google Ad budget weekly reporting and social ad budget reporting
  • Track conversion cost and analyze financial impact
  • Ensure proper financial documentation and payroll set up for new hires and departing employees in Paychex


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with accounting in a digital marketing background is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Wise, Paychex, and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple financial processes with accuracy and efficiency
