Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
Review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
Handle/supervise a team of junior accountants/executives to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AR, AP processing and payroll;
Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
Compilation of financial statements;
Assist in providing financial management services;
Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary;
Participate in automation project / opportunity to lead automation project for those with relevant experience; and
Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year’s working experience as bookkeeper/Accountant;
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or their equivalent;
Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill and honest.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals
Integrity and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
