Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Digital Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• 5+ years experience in 3D Modeling / Rendering and Graphics 2
• Years in Motion Graphics 
• Nice to Have : 2+ years in Game development (Unreal Engine)

Experience: 

• Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation using Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender, along with rendering engines like V-Ray or Lumion. 
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. 
• Experience working with BIM teams to optimize camera paths and viewpoints for 3D animations. 
• Proven ability to create visual content for presentations, marketing materials, and client proposals. 
• Nice to have: Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or real-time visualization tools, and familiarity with application development.
