Note: Requires proficiency in both Chinese and English, as daily work will involve the use of English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the overall planning and execution of the Telegram mini-program, designing and formulating forward-looking growth strategies for the mini-program, and clarifying growth objectives for each stage;

2. Collect user feedback and data analysis results, identify product pain points and areas for improvement within the mini-program, actively collaborate with the product team to drive product feature upgrades and enhance user experience;

3. Responsible for growth results, develop and execute plans for user acquisition, retention, and engagement, monitor and analyze the entire user growth process, and promptly adjust strategies to achieve growth targets;

4. Familiar with the Telegram ecosystem, long-term development and expansion of cooperative partners and channels within Telegram, including KOLs, community leaders, and discussion groups, maintain good channel relationships and update the resource library in a timely manner;

Job Requirements:

1. In-depth understanding of contract business, with over 2 years of user growth and operation experience; familiarity with the Telegram ecosystem is preferred;

2. Excellent planning skills, able to develop detailed and feasible project plans based on project requirements and goals, including task breakdown, scheduling, and resource allocation;

3. Familiarity with product optimization and user growth methods and processes, with successful project case examples;

4. High level of responsibility and execution ability, capable of efficient collaboration with personnel from different departments;
