Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in team collaboration to create innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.

2. Work closely with the design lead to establish and maintain visual style guidelines and design systems.

3. Design and produce high-quality visual content for products (such as websites, applications, social media promotional materials, etc.).

4. Collaborate closely with team members from development, marketing, and other departments to ensure design consistency and feasibility.

5. Continuously monitor and research design trends and best practices to enhance design skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a design-related field, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.

2. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Familiar with Figma, including features like Auto Layout.

4. Excellent aesthetic sense and creative thinking, capable of translating abstract concepts into concrete design proposals.

5. Good team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments.

6. Sensitive to international design trends and able to quickly adapt to changing market demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in game design.

2. Ability to work in English.

3. In-depth understanding of Web3.

4. Skills in drawing or 3D modeling.
