1. Participate in the product planning of the data center (such as tracking points, metrics, BI, and user profiles), PRD writing, and version iterations.

2. Engage in user interviews, collect user feedback, and communicate requirements, while distilling user needs to promote their implementation.

3. Manage user group operations, resolve daily usage issues, guide product managers and analysts in the proper use and analysis of data, and ensure that departmental data tools efficiently meet needs.

4. Participate in cross-departmental project follow-ups within the data center.

5. Ensure data quality: monitor the timeliness and stability of data output, and promptly follow up on delays and anomalies.

1. Understanding of data products and data analysis, with experience in data platform operations or data analysis/product preferred.

2. Possess good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, able to independently drive projects and ensure quality delivery.

3. Proficient in using product tools such as Axure and Xmind.

4. Proficient in office software such as Excel and Word, capable of structuring product documentation, with a basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis skills preferred.
