Responsible for establishing cooperative operational relationships between the cryptocurrency exchange and various public blockchain ecosystems and project parties, organizing influential online and offline events to enhance trading volume, the number of traders, and transaction fees as work objectives;

2. Support the outreach and collaboration efforts for listed projects and their respective parties;

3. Support the management of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and ensure effective outreach and tracking of operational results to improve effectiveness;

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities related to the events, enhancing market awareness of the projects;

5. Responsible for the planning, creativity, writing, project management, and follow-up of operational activities, monitoring the execution of events, and analyzing their effectiveness;

6. Regularly track and summarize daily project data to optimize operational direction and strategies, while ensuring execution and implementation;

7. Analyze the operational situation of competing products based on actual operational needs, propose solutions, and implement corresponding actions.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in economics, finance, accounting, or computer-related majors;

2. Possesses a certain knowledge background in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry; experience in digital currency trading is preferred, especially with a focus on public chain ecosystems, project party relationships, and KOL relationships;

3. Continuously monitors the development of domestic and international peer companies and is sensitive to industry changes;

4. Has solid industry research and analytical skills, as well as an open mindset and a strong sense of innovation;

5. Possesses meticulous thinking and strong logical abilities, capable of independently solving and analyzing problems;

6. Strong sense of responsibility and team awareness, with good coordination and communication skills;
