Keterangan

  • We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our wholesale sales operations in the machinery and industrial equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent knowledge of industrial products, and the ability to manage a sales team while building long-term client relationships.


  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching and support to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients.

Persyaratan

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, or related products.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong management and strategic skills
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
  • Open to higher salary ranges based on qualifications.
