The Sales Associate will closely work with clients to determine their needs, respond to queries about the Company’s products and other services, achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the Company’s sales goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Generate and acquire new clients by cold calling, networking, using various social media platforms, saturation, engagement

· Acquire and qualify new leads from various sources to meet business plans and company objectives

· Create and maintain a lead generation database/platform to manage leads effectively

· Proficiency in conducting google searches and researching new prospect clients

· Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered and discuss available options with your immediate superior

· Basic pricing and costing of items

· Handle returns and/or repair of products

· Comply with inventory control procedures (proper communication to Production Team for Sales Order)

· Other tasks as may be assigned by the Top Management
