Keterangan

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for high-volume BPO hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and company standards.
  • Manage recruitment analytics and reporting to track progress and optimize processes.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract qualified candidates.


Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or Lead in the BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, and HR technologies.
  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to start immediately is a strong advantage.
