Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex system deployment projects. You will lead a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of systems within agreed-upon timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills.

Relationship Building & Project Management:

• Lead the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
• Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including development, implementation, testing, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of project managers and cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success.
• Delegate tasks effectively, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Deployment, User Testing, and Acceptance:

• Oversee the deployment and implementation of Sugartech's solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from testing to the production environment.
• Coordinate user testing activities in collaboration with clients, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria and gathering feedback.
• Work closely with clients to conduct acceptance testing and address any required modifications or enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to deployment best practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with IT related teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and change logs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Allocate resources effectively and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify and escalate resource constraints or budgetary risks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience (5 - 10 years) managing complex system deployment
• Certification on Project Management and Agile Project Management is advantage but not required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively.
