Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of product life cycles, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential product opportunities.
• Support the coordination between internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, and production) to ensure timely product launches and updates.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to provide insights for improvement.
• Assist in pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional planning.
• Help create and update product-related materials such as catalogs, brochures, and online listings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing, quality assurance, and inventory management.
• Prepare reports and presentations on product performance, market trends, and recommendations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Support the execution of product training sessions for internal teams and sales personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in taking initiative.
• Willingness to learn about product management principles and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
