Keterangan

  • Responsible for posting received payments from Companies/insurances into the system used.
  • Must ensure that all relevant details found in the checks are entered into the system accurately and that all entries are properly documented and all needed documents are attached to the check accordingly.
  • Must know how to enter and apply adjustments properly. Total amount posted must be the same with the check amount (except when there is an excess payment).
  • Payments entered in the Excess payment module must include all needed information such as invoice/case number, patient name, excess amount, reason.
  • Collaborates with the other departments like billing for documentation retrieval; with company/insurance collectors for bill status and other verification.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
  • Ability to multi-task, flexible and knowledgeable of basic keyboard shortcuts.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office application
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
