We're Hiring: Experienced Line Cook at Al Dente Pasta Bar – BGC

Al Dente is an Italian pasta bar located in the heart of BGC. Known for our dedication to traditional flavors, modern touches, and high-quality ingredients, we're looking to expand our team with committed professionals who take pride in their craft.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a line cook in a 5-star hotel or a reputable Italian restaurant
• Graduate of a formal Culinary Arts program (local or international)
• Solid foundation in Italian cuisine, including pasta cooking techniques, sauce preparation, meat handling, and plating standards
• Ability to work in a high-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency and cleanliness
• Strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and accountability
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety standards, and prep systems
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of new dishes
• Punctual, professional, and respectful of kitchen hierarchy
